The Broyhill Chateau - Editorial

I recently had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with The Laurel Collective , Santara Flowers and Juniper James Bridal on a truly breathtaking editorial shoot for The Broyhill Chateau in North Carolina.

The Broyhill Chateau provided the perfect backdrop for this session. Nestled in the foothills the North Carolina mountains, its French-inspired historic decor combined with elegant architecture created a dreamy atmosphere. The soft natural light filtering through the windows added a touch of magic to each frame, enhancing the magical aesthetic we were aiming for.

Working alongside Santara Flowers was an absolute joy. Her expertise in floral design elevated the shoot to a whole new level. Every arrangement and bouquet featured delicate blooms in soft, pastel hues, but we also wanted to embrace fall and winter a little bit with this shoot, so there were gourds and dried branches strewn amongst the arrangements, to where it could be any season and this wedding would work with the elements.

As a wedding photographer, I am always drawn to projects that capture the essence of contemplative being. I have worked with the model Haley before, and was struck by her natural ability to just 'be'. There is a peace and a subtle joy about her that allowed for this session to just flow beautifully.

The final collection of photographs truly portrays the ethereal and romantic essence of The Broyhill Chateau. Each image invites you into a world of beauty and grace, where love is celebrated and memories are made. Whether you're a bride-to-be looking for inspiration, a photography enthusiast, or simply someone who appreciates the magic of visual storytelling, I hope these images transport you to a place of wonder and enchantment.
